How-To Stop the Run-away Catch in Menu

[Hwy 101 <Hwy101 Accessbee com>]

Turn-On / Put on the Menu the 'Catch a Run-away Process' - but, how do I
STOP it now?
(tried Removing like the other things there - did not work)
