Key Binding

I've run into problems making a key binding for Enlightenment. I've been
able to bind a key with the modifiers they provide (i.e. Control-Alt-T). Is
there a way to make a new modifier? I'm try to bind to Control-Mod1-Mod4-N,
and that modifier isn't available.

If there's a better list someplace, let me know.
