Sodipodi 0.23 soon

Hello!

I plan to release sodipodi 0.23 really soon (Thursday, if there are
not any showstoppers). So if you want to update translations, it is
the right time. There are few new strings in item-property and
display-settings dialogs.

New version includes some deep rewrites so you are welcome to
test prerelease and file long bug reports. (look at
http://sodipodi.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi?section=Join_in
for bug tracker link).
