Is this the right ordr ?

looking at the page :

There is a list of program that needed for Gnome desktop.

Most of the program in the list are old (eg the latest stable version 
of gnome-libs is 1.2.13 but the list recommands gnome-libs-1.2.3 ).

Is this for any special reason or just the page has not been updated ??
