gnome-terminal dimensions

Subject: gnome-terminal dimensions

   I'm having trouble figuring out how to set gnome-terminal to
   open to a specific dimension.  I want it to open to 80x45+0+0
   everytime I start it.  
   
   Can someone point me in the right direction?
