fixes:
- problems caused by ps files without BBox, page or doc media defined: thanx for
discovering and fixing this go to Radek Doulik
- problems with older versions of bzip2 (specifically 0.9.0c) that don't like
stdin redirection
- removes some redundant xpms from distribution tarball.

if anyone cares to dl and test, thanx...

hopefully the next one is 1.0.
