Failure of Red Hat PPP Dialer

I have Red Hat 7.0, and I have the Red Hat PPP Dialer installed with GNOME.
First when the dialer quit working I would get the message "failed to
activate interface". I then checked the configuration file, then uninstalled
and reinstalled the dialer. Now I get the following error message when I try
to use the dialer, "Application rp3 (process 1344) has crashed due to a
fatal error (segmentation fault). Visit GNOME Application crash page". (I
could not not find this page on GNOME's web site).

Can anyone help?
