Rebuilding red-carpet

My red-carpet keeps crashing on me - so I thought I'd try to rebuild it.
However, the latest version from gnome.org keeps complaining about not
finding soup (whatever that is, is it hungry?). I tried finding it on
rpmfind.net but nothing turned up. Then Google refers to the food stuff,
and a mailer that relies on soup, but gives no link to this package.

Where kind i find the soup-package?
