Gnome settings

Hello.

Recently I've built gnome-1.4 RC. There was a pretty thing --
capplets in separate windows. 

Then I've built and installed _real_ 1.4 -- this feature have disappeared.

What tne module is responsible for it and why this feature is not included in 1.4?

And another.

In 1.4rc's screensaver-properties-capplet there was radio button (or check box)
`Blank Screen'. In 1.4 it isn't.
