 I have been using gnome since RH6 however there are a couple of things
 starting to bug me
1. MIME types - certain mime types seem to to hard coded into control
 panel (esp html) and when you try to  add programs the program accepts
> then ignores them (seems to insist on netscrape). URL handlers are fine
> so http,ftp etc work. Even deleting and recreating html mie types

> 2. Gnome edit properties why does this default to emacs and have gEdit
