Goto that url and all the way at the bottom there is a box where you
can write you email address with a button that says edit options.  Put
your email address in there and hit the button next to it.  It will
take you to another screen where you can unscribe or whatever.  This I
think is a new system so I think you will have to go to the button that
says email my password then take it from there.
