Web page problems?

A very strange thing just happened.
I went to www.gnome.org and found myself at barns and noble.com. Wondering
what was wrong I tried http://ftp.gnome.org and got to the gnome web page.
Thinking it was a fluke I sshed to another computer and tried lynx
http://www.gnome.org from there with the same results: bn.com's page.

Is there any reason for this? Is this just a fluke?

Very odd...
