        I think they are in these packages:  audiofile-0.1.9-7.i386.rpm
and                           
audiofile-devel-0.1.9-7.i386.rpm, which you can get here:  

ftp://metalab.unc.edu/pub/Linux/distributions/redhat/releases/guinness/i386/en/RedHat/RPMS/

among other RH mirrors.
