gnome-core-1.2.3

I have recently upgraded gnome-core to version 1.2.3 on my RH7 box and
noticed that during logouts I do ot have the option of Logout, Halt, or
Reboot as I did with version 1.2.1 which came with RH7. all it asks is
Really log out and options yes no or help. I do have the package
usermode-1.36-3 update installed from redhat errata.
