GTK error on Evolution compile

Hi
I have the latest version of gtk+ provided by helix and when i compile
Evolution
it tells me that gtk is ether missing or moved.
Has anyone run in to this problem & if so what was the solution.

Ive seen two conflicting packages installed producing this same type
error
but but i dont think this is the case.

here is my config.log if that helps.
