Réf. : Re: Gnome Libs 1.0.61 has been released

I've compiled gnome-libs-1.0.60 with ORBit 0.5.1 and it's OK for me.

RPMs are available on :

Hi,

I've tried to compile gnome-libs-1.0.61 but it does not work. I've had
the same problem with gnome-libs-1.0.60. I always get in to trouble when
the linker tries to link agianst ORBit. Can anyone tell me which version
of ORBit I have to use (0.5.0 or 0.5.1 or something really different)???

gcc -g -O2 -Wall -Wunused -o .libs/gnome-name-service gnome-name-server.o
 .libs/libgnorbagtk.so -lz -lm -lname-server -L/opt/gnome/lib -lORBitCosNaming
-lORBit -lIIOP -lORBitutil -lglib -lnsl -lm -L/usr/X11R6/lib -lX11 -lz -lm
 -Wl,--rpath -Wl,/opt/gnome/lib
gnome-name-server.o: In function `main':
/local/install/gnome-libs-1.0.61/libgnorba/gnome-name-server.c:324: undefined
 reference to `impl_CosNaming_NamingContext__create'
