Well, this argument has some merit, but I can't find myself agreing totally with it.
There is a lot of applications and libraries that use the name Gtk in them which
definetly doesn't compile under Windows and Be.  So to say as a general rule that
the use of the term Gtk implies that something currently can be compiled under
non-Unix systems is taking thing a bit far.
