A Suggestion

I suggest that a setting for the gnome-tool-bar (panel) be created that
FREEZES the panel as it is. That is, you can't add or move applets about
without UNFREEZING the panel. Why? I get very clumsy with my fingers at
times and accidentally move the icons around creating a double copy to
the left of the gnome-pager. I delete it, but the gnome-pager doesn't
move along automatically and I have to move it manually.

It's just one of those itches that I would like to scratch.
