I am a newbie to both linux and Gnome.  I really like the gnome
manager.   I do have one problem though.   The double-click speed is too
fast.   I have been unable to find anywhere where I can slow this down.

My friend who also uses the computer has a disability that make the
double-click difficulty unless it is slower.   I also find it's a bit
fast for me also.

Can this be done.
