GDM Problem

Hi, list!

I've got a SuSE Linux 6.4 installed on my computer and recently downloaded
Helixcode GNOME. The installation was ok and I've choosen GDM to be my default
session manager. When I now boot up the system, the GDM does not accept ANY
input from keyboard, so the only chance to do *anything* is to give an init 2
via a ssh session... Does anybody know a solution for this problem??
