Not sure if this is a bug or just something that I have done to myself.
I just bought a Dell System about a month ago with Red Hat 6.1
pre-installed. It had a version of Gnome on it. About a week ago or
so, I did the Helix Update to get up to the latest version. Since doing
the upgrade, I have noticed that while in Gnome, whenever I "minimize"
an application, it disappears. Before, there was an icon on the panel
for it. That icon no longer appears on my panel. In order to switch
back to the hidden running application, I have to click on the Gnome
Desktop Guide (Pager), and choose from the list.
Is this normal? Or is this a simple change in the properties field? I
have looked and looked and haven't found anything.
Thank you in advance for any assistance that you can provide.
