My guess is that someone is just running the icq equivalent of an auto-dialer,
or of spam. I first ran it two days ago and got nothing for several hours
(since no-one has my icq number) and then a porn url popped up. I just dragged
it into the 'ignore' list. (Which now is empty. Bug?)
