Ok. First I would suggest upgrading to enlightenment-0.16.3. No real
sense in not having the latest stable bugs.

Next, you have to find the config options which have been cleverly
hidden in the preferences dialogs. [Hold on...switching to
enlightenment...Ah! Here it is.]

  Settings -> Virtual Desktop Settings
    Adjust sliders for 2 x 2 screens

  Settings -> Multiple Desktop Settings
    Adjust slider for 1 Desktop

That should do it. [Switching back to Sawmill...<sigh of relief>]
