macros/*.m4 files

I have question about this files from macros module. Why all are grouped
in module included in each other module. Why not each file not belongs to
proper gnome packages and during "make install" is not installed in system
aclocal directory ?
Current procedure generating aclocal.m4 file is mostly complicated and
many m4 filess aren't installed in system aclocal directory.

About each file from macros:

aclocal-include.m4 - this file can be removed after removing macros

compiler-flags.m4 - this file will be beter to gcc or incorporated into
	gnome-libs

curses.m4 - this file will be beter to send to ncurses project or
	incorporated into gnome-libs

gnome-bonobo-check.m4 - this file can be renamed to bonobo.m4 and
	incorporated to bonobo

gnome-common.m4 - IMHO can be removed

gnome-cxx-check.m4 - to gcc or gnome-libs

gnome-fileutils.m4 - to fileutils or can be installed by gnome-libs

gnome-gettext.m4 - what is wrong with AM_GNU_GETTEXT provided in
	gettext.m4 by GNU gettext ?

gnome-ghttp-check.m4 - to libghttp

gnome-gnorba-check.m4 - incorporate in new gnome-libs.m4

gnome-guile-checks.m4 - gnome-guile ?

gnome-libgtop-check.m4 - to libgtop

gnome-objc-checks.m4 - to gnome-objc

gnome-orbit-check.m4 - to ORBit

gnome-pilot.m4 - to gnome-pilot

gnome-print-check.m4 - to gnome-print

gnome-pthread-check.m4 - to new gnome-libs.m4

gnome-support.m4 - ??

gnome-undelfs.m4 - make AM_UNDELFS_CHECKS and send to e2fsprogs maintainer
	? or add to files installed by gnome-libs or gnome-vfs (?)

gnome-vfs.m4 - gnome-vfs

gnome-x-checks.m4 - to new gnome-libs.m4 ?

gnome-xml-check.m4 - to libxml

gnome.m4 - to new gnome-libs.m4 ?

gperf-check.m4 - to gperf or can be installed by gnome-libs

linger.m4 - to gnome-libs (?)

need-declaration.m4 - to gnome-libs (?)

Also IMHO macros/autogen.sh can be incorporated into autogen.sh in each
project.
