Login Problems

Hello all
I am running gnome on RedHat6.0,and every time i reboot my machine and try
to login, it takes about 10 attempts to log into the machine. And then
gnome-session dumps core. I think it has something to do with my settings,
but i couldnt figure out what is going on. Any help in this regard would be
great.
