gnome help browser

i was just goofing around with this when i went to the site i work for,
www.techrepublic.com.  usually when you use something outside of the
latest browser (read: NS 4.7 or IE 5) you are sent to a splash page that
basically says 'you're using an old browser' but with the ghb it didn't.
in fact the darned paged looked pretty good! 

whoever is coding teh help browser....awesome job!
