Hello guys!

   New gnome-print has been released. This version includes a number of interesting changes:

* Availability

   ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/stable/sources/gnome-print/gnome-print-0.12.tar.gz

* On this release

   * New API calls.

	Michael Zucchi added GnomePrintMaster for managing the
	previews (now applications can add a full preview system with
	very little code). Preview code was based on Gnumeric's code
	base and has been relicensed under the LGPL.

	Michael then improved the GUI for the Print Preview code.

	Lauris implemented gnome_print_vpath and gnome_print_bpath
	utility functions. methods (so that you can pass ArtBpath and
	ArtVpath to it to print).

	::setopacity method for gnome-print (currently on the
	print-preview and the RGB drivers implement this) (me).

	Multi-page printing support (can put multiple pages in a
	single page, using affines so a world of possibilities has
	opened)

	PrintMaster/PrintDialogue now can provide a more elaborated
	dialog box to handle collating and number of copies internally
	(Michael)

   * Internals

	Chris Lahey added descender information to gnome_font .

	Michael Zucchi implemented various internal fixes to the
	print-preview code.

	Michael Zucchi improved and fixed the Metafile driver. Page
	headers are now encoded on each page.

	Larry Ewing improved the gnome-canvas-text item, use more
	libart functions where appropiate

   * Robustness:

	Handles write errors better (Morten Welinder)

	Fixed various bugs as well

Enjoy,
Miguel.
