Someone asked whether you needed to register for GUADEC or merely
for the workshops.

I grabbed one of the organisers on IRC this afternoon and he says,
"you don't need to register if you don't attend a workshop".

He also says all the registration stuff is in a database and they're
ploughing through it, but they had to organise getting the speakers
there first. So you don't need to resend if you have registered for
a workshop. And if you're attending GUADEC but not a workshop, you
don't need to register at all.
