Esound is (partially) un-kablooied! :)

Thanx Gregory. Using the "When In Doubt, Update Everything" method, I'm
again able to use esound from XMMS. The side effect is now my wm looks
like something out of Star Wars. ;-P

On the other hand I still have that VMware problem. If I run it by
esddsp I get this:
