wheel mouse support not complete

great! gtk widgets support scrolling with a mouse wheel, however there are
places these dont work:

ghelp wont scroll (unless i hover over the scroll bar itself)
gless doesnt either
drop down lists have no useful features that i can use
the icon selection box

hope to see these fixed sometime, or are they already? i'm using RH7
