gconf from cvs

I'm having some trouble compiling gconf out of CVS.  The errors that I get
running ./autogen.sh are below.  My guess was that it couldn't find OAF, so
I set GNOME_PATH=/usr:/opt/gnome_cvs/, just to see if that would fix things,
but it hasn't changed any of the errors.  Any pointers?  Thanks,
