Moving Windows

Hi!
I have an old monitor that only allows me to use a large resolution, so
some of the windows are larger than I can see.  How do I move the
windows without grabbing the title bar?  In KDE I hold the alt key down
and can move the window, but in Helix it doesn't work.  Any ideas?
