Control Center

I am wondering here how to get the screen saver applet back into the
Control Center.  I went there to make some changes to the screensaver
and it is gone, will not come up.  My screensaver works but I cannot
configure it.  I reinstalled the Control Center but still no fix.  Is
there someone out there that can help me fix my prob.
