Moving windows in Pager and searchable list archive

I like being able to drag my windows around inside the pager in fvwm. I
can't seem to do this in the Gnome Pager. Is there some way I can configure
it to do this? If so is it controlled by Gnome or the window manager
(Enlightenment in my case).

I'm glad to see this list is archived on the gnome web site but suprised it
is not searchable there. Is this hard to implement? Seems like it would be a
much easier than going through the archive via e-mail.
