web-devel-2 and broken links

Hello!

I just checked out the web-devel-2 module, run webconfig
and make, but near all links are broken which renders the
whole module useless to me.

For example 'Tools' links to '/tools'. That's nice, but
I rather install webpages to '~httpd/html' and not into
my root directory.

(I executed webconfig with '--htmldir=/home/httpd/html')

Any Ideas?
