The Idea sounds really good!
But why not using XML instead of SGML? Your example does not require the
additional overhead of SGML and you could use the gnome-xml library for
doing the file-access or even gdome for network-access.
And what about integration into the gnome-help-browser? So people would
have ONE application for getting help.
