Re: Installing Source Tarball on RedHat

Whoops! I didn't know about localstatedir. Could this be part of my problem with the control-center? (In a nutshell, it won't run. Some times it seg faults, some times it says too many files open and aborts.) Where is the default value for localstatedir?
