Is there some harddisk genius on this list

I bought a matrox drive a couple of months ago, and when I started my computer
today, my computer didn't boot windows98 like it normally do, but instead it said
"no system disk found, replace disk"

I booted win98 from a reboot issued within linux and got the following information from partition magic

Partition doesn't end at end of cylinder, what should I do??
