I can't check that right now (windows :-(

If this is the case, it does seem like a case of decent UI design gone bad
(I'll look into it...)
If joe new user wanted to set up sounds in gnomeICU He would have no idea
where to find the controls. (heck, I didn't and I like to think I sorta know
what I'm doing :-)
