Raiseing minimized apps from keboard

If you're using twm and fvwm, they have functions to do this; do "man twm"
or "man fvwm" and search for "warp".

If you're using E, it doesn't provide this by default, but I have very
simple patches to E which add this functionality.  One of these days I'll
submit them for inclusion into E, but for now if you want this in
Enlightenment, just contact me and I'll send you what you need.  I have
patches for both 0.15 and 0.16 versions.
