You can rename (holidays-us.cal) to user-cal.vcf and replace
the existing file in your /username/.gnome/ directory
w/ this one.
Note: the .vcf appears to be the true default extension
anything else i make with the calendar will have this
extension And the web site has been updated to reflect
the change.
