Sure, I'd be interested.  If you don't mind a recommendation, you should use
a naming convention for the file that indicates what kind of holidays they
are (i.e., Christian).  Maybe then other people will consider contributing
files for other "locales" (like Jewish, or Muslim, or country specific like
Canadian or Turkish).  Eventually, we might have a nice little set of files
that could be useful for future Gnome office suites.... :-)
