i solved the problem. there was window manager conflict.
i don't know why this happened to me.
there were enlightenment and icewm in .Xclients-default file before gnome-session.
i just remember that some time enlightenment asked to me whether it edit something,
so i let it do that. maybe i think that's the seed of the problem.
