Version 1.0.3 of this library is available.  The only change is the
addition of ghttp_set_proxy_authinfo() which will allow you to set proxy
authentication headers in case you are behind a proxy that requires
authentication.  Thanks to Tue Wennerberg <tue@nybro.dk> for adding this
functionality.
