Re: panel woes




Yeah... i think there's some kind of gnome "bug" in RedHat-6.0... i'm
running RedHat 5.9 (Starbuck)... and the gnome panel works without
problems... so it seems like it's some kind of bug included with 6.0...
i've installed 6.0 on about three machines... and with each of them at one
time or another the panel would freeze... and i'd have to do
<ctrl-alt-bksp>... the panel applets would be fine... but the menu and
launcher buttons would have no effect when clicked on... even the two side
arrows... could be a problem with gmc... i dunno... but i figure that
sooner or later there will be a gnome update for 6.0... and hopefully...
we won't have the panel acting wierdly..
