installation of docu (Re: Gnome-libs 1.0.5 released)

Unfortunately it is not ;-(  New sub-directories are introduced
($prefix/{doc,html}) and the html files are uncompletely installed: the
files from gnome-libs-1.0.5/devel-docs/gnome/html are missing.

Please, use $(datadir)/gnome/help/$PACKAGE/C for HTML files; this way,
the GNOME help system will have a chance to find the documentation
(AFAIK).
