gnome-libs (cvs)

  Just updated my gnome-libs (cvs .... -Pd gnome-libs) and was trying to
compile it and got an error in the 'intl' directory, something like 'no
target to make all'. Took a peek and my 'intl' directory was empty except
for a blank Makefile, hmm.
  I then nuked my gnome-libs directory and did a fresh cvs checkout and
took a peek and no 'intl' directory at all. Copied an 'intl' directory
from one of the other modules and its compiling now.
  Is something up with cvs or why would I only be getting part of it ?
