[OffTopic] Need a Map Editor

Does anyone know of a decent image mapping tool
for Linux/X11/GNOME/etc...  So far in all my
years with Linux and X, I have yet to find
any tool to do image maps for my html.  It's hard
to justify having Win95 JUST to use MapIt.
I heard they might put mapping tools in GIMP, but
no word on that yet.... Any ideas?
