Moving the panel

Hi

Moving the panel with the middle mouse button doesn't work if I move the
mouse to the other sides through the desktop. Instead it gives me the
menu of enlightenment when in the desk top area. I can move the panel if
I move the mouse straigh to the area where the panel appears after the
move, ie. straight from the corner to the adjacent corner. Sometimes if
I try to move
the panel with mouse passing trough the desktop X freezes so that I have
to kill it with Ctrl+Alt+Backspace. If I use left+right mouse button
combination to move the panel I don't have this problem.
