I like the idea suggested earlier:  Pick the safest possible option for
newbies, and have this controlled in a .conf file somewhere so that others
can adjust it to their liking.

>From what I've read thus far, I think it's safe to assume, for various
reasons, that a "copy" operation is the safest options that provides the
best functionality for the user.  All of the others perhaps should be an
option in linuxconf or gnome-linuxconf somewhere...
